Orange blossom and saffron mousse
Ingredients:
For 4 people
200 ml of fresh cream
1 tablespoon of warm milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons orange flower water
Zafferano Collina d’Oro (4 threads)
almond biscuits
Preparation:
Dissolve the saffron threads in hot milk. Whip the cream with sugar, add the milk flavored with saffron and orange flower water till you achieve a soft mousse. Serve into cups and decorate with some cookies.
